On Saturday, September 8ᵗʰ, the BoxLife Games will take place in gyms across the U.S. and abroad. September 8ᵗʰ will be an amazing day with great workouts for athletes of all levels—and we want you to be a part of it!

Going down in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, FL, the BoxLife Games @ CrossFit Wynwood is a one-day competition that will challenge your overall fitness. It’s time to put the hard work you’ve put in at the box to the test. You’re going to love what we have in store for you.

The BoxLife Games will test your fitness with three no-nonsense workouts that will challenge every area of your fitness including strength, endurance, skills and definitely grit! And of course, they’ll be a ton of fun. (WODs coming soon!)

Teams consist of 2 male or 2 female athletes. All standards are working weight. This is not an exhaustive list of movements.
